Shoal – Troika

‘Shoal’ is Troika‘s new public artwork. It takes the form of a ceiling-based installation and uses rotational movement to evoke the movement of a school of fish.

The work spans a 50m corridor in the Corus building located at Toronto’s Waterfront and the 467 curved, iridescent ‘fish’ – made from dichroic acrylic – reference the nearby Lake Ontario. It’s also gorgeous to watch!
